Dry Seasoned Pork ribs

Pork ribs are a favourite treat in our household. Especially dry rubbed pork ribs. Now the great thing about this recipe are how easily interchangeable they are as far as cooking instructions are. A piece of cake. Actually a lot easier than cake. Much easier.

Pork ribs
Black Pepper
Olive oil

Pre heat your oven to 325 Fahrenheit, 165 Celsius or Gas Mark 3. Rub ribs with a couple of teaspoons of olive oil. Sprinkle lightly with garlic powder, salt and black pepper. Rub seasoning in. Put ribs in a roasting dish or on a baking tray. Leave in oven for 90 minutes. Switch off oven or take ribs out and leave to ‘rest’ for ten minutes. Eat hot or leave to cool completely. Either will do. Very nice.

Alternative for saucy ribs;
Pork ribs
Barbecue sauce

To cook; as above except slather with barbecue sauce of choice.

If you can’t find any barbecue sauce, try the following: A splodge of HP, Brown or ‘Steak’ sauce. Twice that amount of Sweet chilli sauce. A quick shake of Tabasco sauce. Slather over ribs before putting in oven. Cook for ninety minutes at 325 Fahrenheit, 165 Celsius, or Gas Mark 3.

Dead easy. Cheap, easy, delicious and nourishing. All ahead Yum factor nine.
